Here in Flagstaff, my life is quiet simple. This morning i woke up at 05.00, got up at 06.00. Outside I did stretch exercises and then I went on my every other day run of 3 miles. Back home I showered and hang my running clothes on the washing line to dry.
Drying may take a while today, because the monsoon weather has been bringing rain in the area.
At 08.15 I drove to Sam's Club for groceries and then to Sprouts supermarket for more groceries. From Sprouts I walked through the parking lot to Bookman. Where I am sitting now, typing this post.
I got an email from Misa Tours. I'm going to do a West Canada tour from Aug 05-18!
