The weather the last 3 days has been great: about 20 degrees Celsius around 13.00hr. Spring in Athens...?
I had an account with an investment company in the US (Savings Interest Rate is pitiful),
Had, because after 6 months being in the negative  stock finally rose enough that I could sell it off. Which I did on Dec 30, 2019.
Yesterday I put money in a high yield CD at 2.15%, for 1 year.
Coming weekend I will be in Patras, in an apartment that, there is a good chance, I will rent starting in 2021.

Yesterday I filmed walking from Syntagma to the Plaka. It was very busy.

In the afternoon I visited my friend Hara.

When I got home I fiddled with the photo settings of my Osmo Pocket. I made a paranoma photo: 3 rows of 3 pictures, stitched together with the DJI Mimo App on my phone.

Today was the best temperature.....At noon about 19 degrees Celsius.
I had tea on my balcony from 09.00-11.00 o'clock....

At noon I walked from the apartment to Monastiraki. A lot of people taking advantage of the weather!

Jan 18, 2020: Athens

After 5 days of very nice weather, back to clouds and it is chilly. I have 2 iPods (I bought them secondhand at Boookman, in Flagstaff), and I finally figured how iTunes works. It is way to complicated, but anyway...On one of them I put all my classical music, which I play a lot in the apartment.

I go to bed early and get up early.  And I do the same  stuff what I do in Arizona and Holland: read, run and walk.
I went to the Farmers Market this morning. It's only a couple of streets away, every thursday.

It has been cold a lot in Athens....

Chilly day yesterday, it is supposed to get colder today, and I am battling a cold.Yesterday was the slightly delayed New Years brunch at my friend Hara's apartment.

Yesterday I went to bed at 21.00. I did not hear any fireworks, nor did I see any fireworks trash on the ground this morning when I went running (My New Year tradition for the last 20 years).

There was sun this morning, I saw it briefly on my big balcony which faces North East before clouds came back in....
In the afternoon I went back to Aeros Park: there is a Christmas Fair...
