I have already run/hike/walk more km (1023km) so far this year as all of last year....Running slower but longer distances.
I am training now to do 10km runs. If all goes well I will do sequences of 10km / 8km/ 6km and then back to 10km. Every 4 days because my schedule goes as follows: short (2.6km walk), long (6km hike alternating with running), back to short, etc.
Fall flowers have appeared!
and clouds, because of the monsoon rains...
