Fall in Arizona

The last 2 times I ran, a 6km and a 8km run, was the fastest in 4 years...

It feels to me, that my lungs have finally 100% recovered from the blood clots last year November.

Fall is here....

Universal Studios

So, I was at Universal Studios in Los Angeles, for the first time in 7 years. 

Lots of changes, most of the mechanical special effect shows are gone, replaced by a virtual experience.

The Waterworld show is still there.....

Phoenix-Flagstaff

The Patteeuw Tour ended tonight. At Los Angeles airport the group is flying to Heathrow and after a long wait and a change of plane continue on to Brussels. I also have to wait. MY Southwest flight is at 22.05 instead of 20.35 landing me around midnight in Phoenix where I have to wait until 06.00 for the shuttle van to Flagstaff. No sleep tonight.....
