Yesterday it was about 22 degrees, celsius. I'm re-reading my collection of John Sandford's books. Trapped two mice in the past week.
No work prospects......
I have now health insurance! Arizona ACCES insurance.
On Friday I have an appointment with Dr Ho of the clinic. I need a referral for to get an ultra sound at the hospital to see if my thrombosis is gone. A year ago I had the first ultrasound with which the thrombosis was discovered.

Feb 28, 2014: Flagstaff

Cloudy skies today, rain expected later this afternoon. A storm from California, hopefully it will dump rain, not snow.
I had an appointment this morning with the lady who filed the application for the Arizona Medicaid program, back in December.
Latest news was that is was still pending. But I got a call 10 minutes ago from her, that I was approved! I think she said retroactive to January. I should get my medicaid card in the mail next week.That means I can go to the hospital and get an ultrasound to see if the Thrombosis in my leg is gone or not....
No news about work.

Leaving for The Hague tomorrow. 6 hours by train, changing trains here: Braunsweig, Hannover, Amersfoort. next week I'll be back in Arizona.

I'm spending some time in Germany, before I go back to the States. Hopefully, by the time I get back, I will have health insurance. I am not getting any work from Fox Tours this year. Why? I am not on their preferred list. O well....

I left Holland on Nov 28, staying overnight in the Econolodge in Phoenix before taking the shuttle to Flagstaff. Now I am doing the reverse. A funeral.

Jan 09, 2013: Flagstaff

My sister, back in Holland, had a stroke last weekend. Still in a coma, prognosis not good. I'm preoccupied with that news.
