I have been having digestive problems for the past year. It caused pain in my intestines and pain an stiffness of my lower back. I have cut back on fruits and since 2 weeks no more dairy products, and I feel good now. Running is now back to my "normal" speed (9.45 per mile) and endurance (30 min).

Summer weather again. Dry and sunny. The sun goes down at 18.45.
My Go West tour starts In Los Angeles on Sep 12 and ends in Los Angeles on Sep 25.

The monsoon started in july and is still bringing a lot of rain. (No drought last year and this year)
Also, a lot of grass is growing on the prairie, very green and lush. The horses like it.

I decided to cancel my websites. Why?
I started my websites before blogging and Facebook existed.
There are not enough people (business or private) visiting my websites to justify the financial expense.
I will continue with my blog and Facebook.
