Mar 25, 2014: Flagstaff

Yesterday it was warm enough to cook outside.
A big chicken in a Ronco rotisserie
I coated the outside of the chicken with a mixture of olive oil, garlic salt, crushed black pepper, rosemary and curry.
 After 2 hours the chicken was done.
Meat for the next 4 days...
