So Friday evening I took the train from Flagstaff to Los Angeles. Overnight, the last time I was on it was when I lived in Gallup, new Mexico. I have helped my friend Ingrid with moving from a house into na new house 3 times in the past 35 years. This is the fourth time. In the old house in Long Beach putting her stuff in boxes for the moving company to take to the new house in San Pedro.
At 06.30 I ran along the beach this morning. 20 joggers, 4 walkers, 8 bicycles, 2 roller skates and one woman jogging with a racing baby carriage.
Next week wednesday I am taking the train back to Flagstaff.
