Raining in Holland. It stormed this morning. I just got back from walking the dog. Not very far, he is old and very small, 10 minutes it is. I am walking every day between 30-45 minutes. At 40 minutes I feel my right hamstring pulling a bit. I am not going to start running again until that symptom is gone....
